The Bridge is the spine of the entire frame.
The metal spans across the nose bridge, uniting the left and right lenses into one piece. Not too thick, not too thin, it perfectly supports the structure of the entire frame. It doesn’t speak, but without it, the glasses wouldn’t hold together.
The Hinge is the turning joint.
Made of metal, it connects the front frame to the temples, transforming the design from “surface” to “line.” The angle is meticulously designed, and the opening and closing are smooth and precise. It’s small, but without it, the glasses wouldn’t stay securely in place.
The bridge and hinge—these two metal components—are the skeleton of the glasses.
The Temples are the skin that covers the skeleton.
Piano lacquered wood temples, warm and textured, carry the natural warmth of the material.
Carbon fiber, tough and flexible, adds a touch of technology.
These two materials overlap, one provides texture, and the other provides structure. They are fixed by the metal hinge and extend from there.
The skeleton is made of metal, and the skin is wood and carbon. One supports the shape, while the other spreads the sense of quality.
